01Who we are

Bee AI Studio (“we”, “us”) is the developer of the Bee AI Studio app and the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at any time at support@beeaistudio.app.

02No account, no tracking

You don't sign up, and we never ask for your name, email address, phone number or marketplace passwords. The app contains no advertising, no third-party analytics and no tracking across apps or websites.

03What we process

• Anonymous app ID. On first launch the app creates a random identifier and keeps it in your iCloud Keychain, so your credits follow you to a new iPhone. It isn't linked to your identity.
• Product content you submit. The product photos you choose or take, product links you paste or share, and descriptions you write for your own photo ideas.
• Usage and credit records. Your anonymous ID, product IDs, the type and time of each AI request, your credit balance and the App Store transaction IDs of your purchases.
• Network data. To limit abuse, we store a one-way hash of the IP address used when a new app ID first contacts our server. We don't store the IP address itself.

04How we use it

We use this information only to provide the app: to recognize your product, write listing copy, create photos, keep your credit balance, verify purchases, prevent abuse and keep the service secure. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your photos to train AI models.

05AI processing

To create your results, your product photos, the text from the product page and your descriptions are sent over an encrypted connection to our server, which runs on Cloudflare, and from there to the AI models of OpenAI, accessed through OpenRouter. These providers process the content only to return results to us and may keep it for a limited time under their own policies, for example to detect abuse. We don't keep your photos or the results on our server after a request is complete.

06Product pages

When you paste or share a link, your iPhone downloads that public product page and its images directly from the marketplace. The marketplace sees this like any visit from a browser. We never sign in to your seller account.

07On your iPhone

Your products, the photos you add and the photos created for you are stored on your iPhone. Photos are saved to your photo library only when you ask. The app uses your camera and photo library only for the actions you choose. Deleting a product, or the app, removes this content from your device.

08Purchases

Payments are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details. To add credits, the app sends us the signed transaction Apple issues for each purchase or renewal, which we verify with Apple's certificates.

09How long we keep data

Usage, credit and purchase records are kept for as long as they're needed to provide your credits, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules. Content sent for AI processing isn't stored by us after the request.

10Legal bases

Where the EU or UK GDPR or Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) applies, we process data to perform our contract with you (providing the app and your credits), for our legitimate interests (security and abuse prevention) and to comply with legal obligations. Our server and AI providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under appropriate safeguards.

11Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to your data protection authority (in Türkiye, the KVKK Board). Because we don't know who you are, please include your anonymous app ID when you contact us; we'll help you find it.

12Children

Bee AI Studio is a tool for sellers and isn't directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly process children's data.

13Changes

We may update this policy as the app changes. We'll show the new date at the top and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
